This policy explains how Evolv I.T collects, uses and safeguards personal information submitted through evolv-it.ca. It applies to website visitors, prospective clients and people who contact us through our online forms.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, company size, service interests and any information you include in a message or assessment request.
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 may use cookies to collect limited technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source and interactions with site features. We do not intentionally place contact-form contents into analytics.

Service providers
Website forms are processed through Web3Forms. Website measurement is provided through Google Analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and may operate outside Quebec or Canada.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for client service, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
